How does the credit system work?

Credits work across all supported models and features. Monthly plans add a fresh credit allowance every billing cycle, while one-time packs let you top up without a subscription. Each generation consumes a fixed amount of credits depending on the model and mode.

Do credits expire?

Yes. One-time credit packs are valid for 365 days (about 12 months). Monthly plan credits expire at the end of the corresponding billing period and do not roll over. A new credit allowance is added each paid billing cycle.

Can I buy credits without a subscription?

Yes. Pay as you go credit packs are still available. Monthly plans are optional and designed for users who create AI videos, product ads, and campaign assets regularly.

Can I cancel a monthly plan?

Yes. You can cancel from Billing. Cancellation stops auto-renewal, and your current monthly plan remains active until the end of the paid period.

How many credits does a Veo 3.1 video cost?

A Veo 3.1 video (8s at 1080p with audio) costs 420 credits; without audio it's 210 credits. Veo 3.1 Fast costs half: 210 credits with audio, 105 without. With the Creator Pack ($35 for 2500 credits), a full Veo 3.1 video works out to roughly $5.88.

How many credits do images cost?

For Nano Banana Pro images, a 1K/2K render costs 3 credits and a 4K render costs 6 credits. You can mix images and videos freely within the same credit balance.

What happens if a render fails?

If a generation fails on our side, credits are automatically returned to your balance once the task is marked as failed. You can then retry with adjusted prompts or settings without losing credits.

Is there any free credit for new users?

Yes. New accounts can usually make one free 5-second AI video with audio, plus one free image-to-image edit, with no card required. Just sign in with Google or a verified email. Free videos are limited each day, so if today's free spots are taken, try again tomorrow or start with the $9 one-time Starter Pack. We don't add a free credit balance at sign-up.
