How does the credit system work?

You top up credits once and spend them across all supported models. Each generation (video or image) consumes a fixed amount of credits depending on the model and mode. When credits run low you can simply buy another pack—there is no subscription or auto-renewal.

Do credits expire?

Yes. Credits from each purchase are valid for 12 months from the payment date. We do not auto-renew at this stage, so you can top up whenever you need without worrying about unexpected recurring charges.

How many credits does a Veo 3.1 video cost?

A Veo 3.1 video (8s at 1080p with audio) costs 420 credits; without audio it's 210 credits. Veo 3.1 Fast costs half: 210 credits with audio, 105 without. With the Creator Pack ($35 for 2500 credits), a full Veo 3.1 video works out to roughly $5.88.

How many credits do images cost?

For Nano Banana Pro images, a 1K/2K render costs 3 credits and a 4K render costs 6 credits. You can mix images and videos freely within the same credit balance.

What happens if a render fails?

If a generation fails on our side, credits are automatically returned to your balance once the task is marked as failed. You can then retry with adjusted prompts or settings without losing credits.

Is there any free credit for new users?

We may grant a small amount of trial credits for new accounts so you can test image generation flows. Trial credits are limited and cannot cover a full Veo video, which helps prevent abuse while still letting you experience the product.
