Refund Policy

FreyaVideo provides a credit-based digital service for AI-powered video and image generation. Because credits are delivered instantly and consumed on use, purchases are generally final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Account deletion and unused credits

Deleting your account does not create a right to a refund. If you delete your account, any remaining credits will be forfeited at the time deletion is completed.

If you have a current subscription, we may attempt to cancel it as part of account deletion. Whether you cancel a subscription manually or through account deletion, cancellation does not itself create a refund right.

When we may help

If you believe there is an issue with a charge or delivery, please contact us and we will review your case:

  • Duplicate or incorrect charges
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Technical issues where credits were not delivered or were deducted incorrectly

In eligible cases, we may provide a refund, restore credits, or issue account credit as appropriate.

How to request help

Email us at support@freyavideo.com with:

  • Your account email
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • Any relevant Stripe receipt / invoice ID (if available)
  • A short description of the issue

We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
